JANICE STANTON
Janice Stanton was born and raised in Kansas City. She attended University of Missouri Kansas City School of Law, graduating with distinction and as a member of Bench & Robe (top 10%). While in law school, Ms. Stanton was a member of the UMKC law review. Ms. Stanton began her career as a law clerk for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Missouri. Following her clerkship, she practiced with one of the largest law firms in the Kansas City. Ms. Stanton has been listed as “Best of the Bar” in Kansas City for several years.
Ms. Stanton has practiced law for over 30 years. She focuses her practice in the areas of financial restructuring and bankruptcy. She represents creditors, debtors, and trustees in complex Chapter 11 proceedings to simple Chapter 7 cases. Since bankruptcy is not always the necessary or the best path, Ms. Stanton looks for other options for her clients such as modification or restructuring of debt.

BIOGRAPHY
Rex is an
attorney and founding member of Stanton & Redlingshafer, LLC. Rex provides
management and oversight of the law office, including his own cases, as well
as assisting with others in the firm. Rex primarily practices
in the areas of business litigation; landlord tenant matters; personal
injury; business issues; traffic matters, receivership, business torts, mass
tort litigation, property management, real estate, and other forms of
litigation.
Rex has practiced law in the Kansas City area for nearly thirty (30) years and has a great deal of knowledge and experience in resolving difficult situations with a successful outcome.
EDUCATION
Rex attended his undergraduate at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, where he obtained his Bachelor’s of Business Administration with an emphasis on finance, in 1985. Rex went on to obtain his law degree from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law in 1988. While attending law school, Rex also pursued his Master’s Degree in Business Administration through Rockhurst University, which he completed in 1989.
